Professional and experienced individual needed to fill role of Customer Service Rep with added responsibility of organizing and managing the daily routes of our field engineers, projects etc with or IT department. Candidates must possess effective phone and time management skills along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Qualified candidates will be good listeners, and be very detail oriented. In addition, successful candidates will possess:

  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service
  • Genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good pc skills including basic familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, (Tigerpaw a bonus)
  • Solid written and verbal language skills dealing with a professional business environment
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Precision, accountability, attention to detail and follow through

Job Duties:

This Customer Service Rep will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations in a professional manner by setting the stage for PRO OnCall’s services.
The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for:

  • Following all procedures and scripting for answering, logging, and returning customer emails and/or calls
  • Following order entry procedures by accurately recording customer’s name, address, phone, job details, and payment terms.
  • Following appointment entry procedures to dispatch engineers
  • Organizing and managing the routing of the daily schedule
  • Communicating with field engineers regarding the schedule
  • Managing email and voice mail to ensure quick response to every customer
  • Maintaining current knowledge of best practices, billing practices, warranty and return policies
