Zultys releases new mobile communicator app for iPhone and iPad

Going mobile is the next step for many businesses. Staying connected while on the road, especially in an office that has implemented a VoIP business solution, can be difficult.

The new version, Zultys Mobile Communicator 2.0 adds an integrated SIP softphone to leverage Wi-Fi. This reduces communication costs and connects mobile users to the Zultrys' unified communications phone system to increase productivity for employees working outside the office.

The original Mobile Communicator was met with praise across the smartphone market as it turned any Android, Blackberry or iPhone, into a fully functional business phone.

The biggest feature in version 2.0 is the Wi-Fi upgrade. In addition to the new Wi-Fi capability, the app includes all the same features and functionally its smartphone users expect including secure chat/IM, real-time integrated presence, corporate directory, single-number contact and extension dialing.  All of which is available without additional hardware or third-party applications.
